ACTIVE EAST HERTS
Active East Herts Sports Club Grant programme is able to provide small revenue grants up to £200 to support local sports clubs. The fund is particularly established to improve the quality and quantity of qualifications for club volunteers. The grant scheme is a rolling programme and does not have a set deadline for applications. Please note, one criteria of the grant is that you must be registered with Active East Herts – this is free of charge and takes no more than a couple of minutes to do, simply click here to complete the form (Also located under ‘Register your Club’). EAST HERTS COMMUNITY GRANTS
Funding is available for projects and activities that contribute to the following priorities in health, income deprivation and infrastructure. The first funding round of 2019/20 will open for applications on 1st March 2019. Deadline is 5pm 29th April 2019. There will be a second round later in the year. PERFORMANCE TO EXCELLENCE GRANTS
There is £250 available for 11-18-year olds who are resident in the district to support sporting excellence. Eligible young people are those already competing at a county level in their chosen sport. Please click here to view the criteria and apply for the grant.
EXTERNAL FUNDING – GRANTS
As well as East Herts Council grants, we encourage you to take advantage of other External Funding Sources. External Funding is money that has been awarded by an organisation like the Big Lottery or a charitable trust. Generally, external funding is awarded for specific projects, programmes, new initiatives or developments.
